Leftover Steak Alfredo Pasta

Great for using a lot of leftover steak in a healthy, filling pasta dish!

 1 box fettuccine
 leftover steak
 2 tbsp butter
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 2 cups milk
 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
 0.50 cup grated parmesan
 1.50 cups halved cherry tomatoes
 2 handfuls fresh spinach

Cook pasta according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, add butter to large skillet and melt. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute until fragrant.

Whisk in flour and cook another 1 minute.

Add milk and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Mix in basil and parmesan.

Add tomatoes and leftover steak and cook another 2 minutes. Then, wilt in spinach.

Mix in cooked pasta, serve and enjoy!
