Basic Burger Recipe

This is a basic burger recipe that I got from Donna Audet who runs the Facebook group Easy Recipes for Busy Families!!

 1.50 lbs ground beef
 1 egg
 ¾ tsp salt
 ¾ tsp ground pepper
 ¾ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1

Preheat grill to high. Put all ingredients into a bowl and combine with your hands until evenly mixed, then divide and form into 4 equal sized patties.

2

Place patties on the grill and cook about 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on how well done you like them.

3

Remove from grill, add whatever toppings you want and serve!

4

Note: If you want, you can make the patties ahead of time and freeze them to cook at a later date. It is best if you defrost them again before grilling.
