My New Diet: My Plans for Eating After 7 PM

Easy Diet for Busy moms who like to eat

Nutrition has always been a struggle for me.

I don’t like to give up foods and could never follow the “rules” of dieting, like not eating late at night. This is the first diet I have found that actually fits my already crazy life and allows me to make simple substitutions in my diet that keep me fueled and give me more energy throughout the day. This allows for a more sustainable diet that I believe I can actually stick to.
