A diet that allows late night snacking and sweet? Yes please!

Not only does this diet indulge in huge dinners and late-night snacking, but it also includes easy-to-follow meal planning, food lists, and recipe ideas to make shopping simple. The best part is that I didn’t have to give anything up, not even carbs or cheats! That is exactly what I needed since I wasn’t going to give them up anyway.

The Southwest Chicken Skillet was a hit with my whole family (modified a little for the kids) and the All-Spiced Up Chickpeas are my favorite late-night snack now. There is so much inspiration for healthy meals in this book that I can’t possibly share them all.
