Healthy Homemade Teething Biscuits

This is a healthy recipe that you can feel good about giving baby. Helps with discomfort and is good for them too. Quick and easy with only 3 ingredients.

Homemade Teething Biscuits

 2 cups dry rolled oats
 1 medium banana
 5 tbsp coconut oil
Optional
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
  cup flax seed
  cup chia seed

Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put oats and any dry additional ingredients in a blender and pulse into a fine powder.

Add banana, oil, and any wet additional ingredients and puree until it comes together as a dough.

Divide dough into balls and pat out into biscuit shapes with rounded edges (should be about 4 in long and 1 in wide).

Place on lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden but not crunchy.

Cool completely. They will keep for a few days in an airtight container, or you can freeze them to last even longer.
