Easy Meatloaf

This is a simple, easy, yet delicious recipe for a meatloaf that is easy to prep ahead and freeze. Great for new and busy moms!

 1 lb ground beef
 ½ lb Italian sausage
 1 cup milk
 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 1 egg
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 small onion, diced
 ½ cup breadcrumbs
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp ground mustard
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp ground sage

Combine all ingredients well.

Shape into a large loaf and put into a 9x5 pan.

To cook immediately, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes-1 hour.

To freeze: wrap tightly in plastic, then cover in foil. Freeze. Defrost overnight and bake in oven at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
