Cheesy Tortellini
This cheesy tortellini dish is great to prep ahead and freeze, then cooks up in the crock pot!
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned and crumble (3-5 min). Drain excess fat.
Put beef mixture in a bag with all ingredients except tomatoes, cheese, and tortellini. Vacuum seal and freeze.
If you don't have a vacuum sealer, but everything in a gallon sized bag. You can add tomatoes if you aren't vacuum sealing. Squeeze the air out, seal, and freeze
Defrost overnight and put in crockpot. If vacuum sealed without tomatoes, add tomatoes to crock pot. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Uncover and stir in tortellini. Top with cheeses, recover, and cook on low another 15-30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
