Butter Herb Pork Chops

Delicious and nutritious meal that can be cooked all in one pan! Quick, easy, and tasty for a family meal.

 4 boneless pork chops
 4 garlic cloves, minced
 2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise, then sliced
 ½ onion, diced
 3 tbsp butter
 2 tsp basil
 1 tsp rosemary
 1 tsp thyme
 salt and pepper, to taste

In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion.

Season pork chops with herbs, then add to skillet and cook until no longer pink and 145 degrees (about 7 minutes per side). Spoon butter over pork chops over pork chops while cooking. Remove to a plate and set aside.

Season zucchini with salt and pepper, then add to pan. Sautee for about 3 minutes or until tender.

Add pork chops back to pan just to warm. Serve and Enjoy!
