BBQ Chicken Rollup
Delicious bacon wrapped chicken rollup filled with cheddar cheese and smothered in BBQ sauce! Goes great with parmesan sheet pan potatoes and green beans.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken breast longwise to make it thinner. Pound each chicken breast to thin it out even more.
Mix all seasoning together and coast each chicken breast with the mixture.
Place seasoned chicken breast on large cutting board in a 3x3 square so each chicken breast is slightly overlapping.
Put shredded cheese on top of chicken and carefully roll chicken so that the cheddar is rolled up inside of it.
Place bacon perpendicular to the chicken in an even layer, overlapping each piece slightly. Use enough strips to equal the width of your chicken roll. Then, roll the chicken up in the bacon.
Generously coat chicken with BBQ sauce.
Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes, coat with more BBQ sauce, and then cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
Let rest 5-10 minutes so that cheese solidifies a little inside the chicken roll before slicing. Serve and Enjoy!
