BBQ Biscuit Pockets
Biscuits stuffed with BBQ turkey and cheddar! Great for dinner or as meal prep to freeze and reheat later for lunches.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, sauté onions and zucchini over medium high heat.
Add ground turkey and brown. Then stir in BBQ sauce.
Roll biscuit dough thin and layer stuffing: shredded cheddar, meat mixture, shredded cheddar.
Roll dough around stuffing and seal. Then place seal down on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy!
If you prep these ahead of time, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then place in freezer. Then reheat in the oven as desired.
