Pot Roast and Green Beans

A great crock pot meal to prep ahead, freeze, then dump and cook! Perfect meal prep for the busy family or a new mom.

 2 lbs beef chuck shoulder
 1 lb green beans
 1 pkg onion soup mix
 1 cup water

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Shred and serve.

To prep ahead: put all ingredients expect water into a bag, seal and freeze. Then thaw overnight, put all ingredients into crock pot, adding water, and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred and serve.
