French Dip Sandwiches

Prep ahead and freeze to make delicious crock pot French dip sandwiches. Makes a large portion for lots of leftovers!

 3 ½ lbs beef roast
 3 tbsp or 1 oz Au Jus mix
 3 tbsp or 1 oz onion soup mix
 4 tsp chicken granules
 4 cups water

Put all ingredients except water into gallon sized freezer bag. Lay flat and freeze.
Alternate:
Vacuum seal all ingredients except water and freeze.

Defrost overnight. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours. Shred beef.

Serve over toasted sub, topped with provolone. Dip in au jus from slow cooker.
