Delicious chicken dinner stuffed with mozzarella, basil, and tomato topped with balsamic vinegar! Quick, easy, and healthy!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 6 slices into each chicken breast.
Stuff 1 slice of fresh mozzarella, 1/2 a basil leaf, and 1 grape tomato (cut in half) into each slit. Drizzle 1 tsp balsamic vinegar over chicken.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Put shredded mozzarella on top of each chicken breast and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Drizzle remaining 1 tsp balsamic vinegar over chicken breasts. Serve and Enjoy.
We like this served with sautéed garlic green beans.
