This delicious burger patty is full of buffalo flavor! I got this recipe from Donna Audet and the Facebook group Easy Recipes for Busy Families!!
Gently combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, do not over mix. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes, or overnight.
Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove bowl from fridge, divide into thirds, and form your patties.
Grill burgers for 3-4 minutes per side (depending on thickness). They must reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
Serve on rolls with baby greens and blue cheese sauce.
